Currently, allowing access to your databases for our students and teaching staff is based on IP address authorisation, however this is getting a real burden for both them and our IT staff. Our university is a member of the Hungarian eduID.hu federation, therefore we are able to provide user information by the use of SAML2/Shibboleth protocols.
